Charles Kweku Baidoo is the Founder & Executive Director of DSSCP. He is a visionary educator and leader with over 30 years of experience in teaching and educational management. As a former Headmaster of Wesley Grammar School, he has led transformative initiatives that improved academic performance, promoted inclusive learning, and built strong professional communities among educators. He holds advanced degrees in Educational Management and Analytical/Environmental Chemistry from the University of Cape Coast. Charles has been an active contributor to the Conference of Heads of Assisted Secondary Schools. His leadership emphasizes evidence-based learning, mentorship, and community collaboration.

Dr. Mrs. Mercy Baidoo is an accomplished education leader, researcher, and curriculum specialist with over 30 years of experience in science education. She has led initiatives in climate change education, energy efficiency, and ICT integration, collaborating with UNESCO to develop the ICT Competency Framework for Teachers. Her research on technology-enhanced science learning has been featured at global conferences such as National Association for Research in Science Teaching (NARST) and Clute International. Trained by institutions including Cito International in the Netherlands, Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and the SEAMEO Regional Centre for Education, Malaysia in Science and Mathematics, Dr. Baidoo brings global insight to advancing sustainable, inclusive, and transformative education across communities.

Dr. Marlene Aba Ahema Baidoo is a dedicated medical doctor and researcher passionate about health, education and community development. As a graduate of the University of Ghana Medical School, she combines clinical expertise with impactful research. Her primary area of interest is in school and community health promotion. She has collaborated with global partners, including the Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER), on data-driven healthcare projects across Ghana’s Western Region. Her leadership brings credibility to the organization.

Terry Kojo Mensa Baidoo serves as the Director of Finance and Administration, bringing expertise in business management, research, and sustainable development. As a Business Administration graduate from the University of Professional Studies, Accra, he has gained professional experience with organizations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Ghana Ltd, the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), and BACK Consult Chartered Accountants.
With experience in financial analysis, project coordination, and research, Terry has contributed to national and international development initiatives focused on education, sustainability, and gender equity.

Annabel Amoako Amaneapong is a dedicated education and administration professional with a strong background in Information Studies and student-centered development. As a graduate of the University of Ghana, she has gained valuable experience working with both public and private educational institutions. Her career began at the Ghana Education Service (GES), where she supported key educational initiatives and monitoring activities. She later joined Chopbox Technologies, deepening her understanding of student needs and school operations. Annabel combines her academic knowledge with hands-on field experience to strengthen education systems.
